Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who We Are
Rehab Options Injury Management ("Rehab Options", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website at www.rehaboptions.com.au. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect on This Site
The website collects personal information at one point only: the enquiry form. If you submit the form, we collect the details you choose to provide, being your name, phone number, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and your message.
Like nearly all websites, the Site also generates standard technical data when you visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location at a city level, device and browser type. This data is collected in aggregate through the analytics services described below and is not used by us to identify you.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you have asked about.
- To maintain a record of correspondence where it relates to an ongoing client engagement.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add enquiry details to marketing lists.
4. Third-Party Services That Handle Site Data
The website relies on a small set of service providers, each of which may process limited visitor data in order to operate:
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website, provides security services, and supplies the Turnstile anti-spam check on the enquiry form. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the Site.
- Formspree: processes enquiry form submissions and relays them to our team. Form data is processed on Formspree's infrastructure, which is located overseas (United States).
- Google Analytics (GA4): collects anonymised usage statistics such as page views, session duration and approximate location. IP addresses are not logged or stored by GA4.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare): deliver fonts and scripts used by the Site. These services receive standard technical request data when assets load.
Where data is processed overseas (for example by Formspree), we take reasonable steps to deal only with providers that maintain recognised privacy and security practices.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage, and Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security purposes (including Turnstile). The Site does not run advertising pixels or social media trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will continue to function.
6. Data Security
The Site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, TLS). Form submissions travel encrypted from your browser through to our team. Hosting and network-level security are provided by Cloudflare. We restrict access to enquiry information to the people who need it to respond.
7. Data Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, for the period we are required to retain client records. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping.
8. Your Rights
Under the APPs you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please raise it with us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be directed to us by phone on (02) 8543 5888 during business hours, or by post to PO Box 2899, Taren Point NSW 2229.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the website gains a new feature or service provider. The current version is always published on this page.
